Equine Coaching

Do you love horses like I do, and are missing the horse riding you used to enjoy? You have had a scare, like I did and developed anxieties about riding your horse. You feel butterflies or a lead weight in your stomach, when you think about getting on and riding your horse. However, you want, more than anything to be able to enjoy riding again, to feel that freedom and sense of relaxation that only being with your horse and riding provides.

Lynn's Coaching

Lynn likens her coaching to going on a journey of exploration, where you are always in total control of the length and depth of the journey. She will help you take a step at a time to build that bridge to reach your goals and your dream life.

 

 Her coaching provides a safe space for you to share your story, which will allow you to make sense of your issues, concerns or difficulties, including how they may have developed and are maintained. You can explore the personal meaning of the events, relationships, and circumstances of the current issue you wish to address.

 

She will support you on this journey, share insights, observations, explain how mindset is important, utilise techniques to assist you take ‘stepping-stone’ leaps without having to explore the deep issues in any great depth and recommend home tasks to support your growth.

 

Please bear in mind that therapy is a process and the more you engage and work with the coach the better the outcome. This can include doing tasks between sessions. Following the last session you will be provided with key ‘take-aways’.

 

Remember you are BRAVE!

Lockdown Blues

Work Worries - no more!

Are you on the sick and worried about how you’re going to manage returning to work, due to health issues? Your feeling anxious, stressed about work. Experiencing dread with butterflies, hand trembles and a sinking feeling when work contact you. Your mood is low, your focus and concentration and short term memory are worryingly poor. Thinking to yourself, 'I can’t do it'!, 'I don’t know how I’m going to manage my anxiety and low mood, when I go back to work'.

My 1-1 bespoke mindset and work orientated coaching can help you manage your anxieties, lift your mood, help your physical issues, support your health at work and if required, support you with your manager or with occupational health to create a manageable return to work, phased return or reasonable adaptations to assist a smooth return to work.

PRICING

​

Individual sessions: £90 

Six sessions: £500 

 

SESSION LENGTH:

  • The initial discovery call is free. The aim of this call is to allow you to explore if you would like to work with me on the issue in question.

  • The first session is approximately 1-1½ hrs in length, this enables me to gain a complete picture of where you are now and where you would like to be.

  • All the follow up sessions are 1 - 1 1/2 hrs in length.

 

NUMBER OF SESSIONS GUIDELINES:

  • Three sessions allows relief from minor anxieties.

  • Six sessions provides a more in-depth intervention, allowing relief from a long standing issue, i.e. anxieties, stress, low mood.

  • Longer term would allow release from multiple issues or more major issues.
